I'm a personal trainer and web developer who puts people first. My background spans fitness, technology, and brand building. Everything I do is rooted in a client-centered approach.
I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Balanced Body Pilates Instructor with over five years of hands-on experience coaching clients toward real, measurable change. Before returning to personal training, I spent time as a Reliability Engineer at Mastercard, where I worked across enterprise platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and cross-functional global teams. I taught myself to code through LaunchCode's Full Stack Web Development bootcamp and discovered that technical skills and people skills solve the same kinds of problems. Now I build websites and brands that live with heart — including The100Method, a wellness brand I designed and developed from the ground up. I'm drawn to work that means something, whether that's in wellness, tech, or anywhere the two meet.

The100Method was born during Pilates teacher training — a philosophy about staying grounded while going after your goals. In Pilates, the Hundred is a foundational exercise: 100 beats of the arms, breathing in and breathing out, a reminder to move with intention and connect breath to your core.
Breathe in, breathe out. Move through your day knowing that every choice flows from your core values and beliefs. And when things don't go as planned — dig deeper. Understand how your beliefs may need to shift to carry you to the next level.
